At MIRKL, all products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Once an order has been placed, production begins shortly thereafter. As a result, all sales are considered final.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
MIRKL does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Personal preference
Fit expectations
Oversized or relaxed fits
Accidental purchases
Duplicate orders
Failure to read product descriptions
Requests made after production has begun
Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
Refusal to accept delivery
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before placing an order.
Product Fit
Certain products may feature oversized, relaxed, or standard fits. Customers are responsible for selecting the size and fit that best suits their preferences.
MIRKL does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges due to sizing issues, fit expectations, or dissatisfaction with how a garment fits.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly to begin production as quickly as possible. Therefore, cancellations, modifications, or address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, customers must notify MIRKL within 14 days of delivery.
MIRKL reserves the right to investigate all claims and may request:
Order number
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of any defects or damage
Packaging photographs where applicable
At MIRKL's sole discretion, approved claims may result in a replacement or refund.
Shipping and Delivery
Production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
MIRKL is not responsible for delays resulting from:
Shipping carriers
Customs clearance
Severe weather
High demand
Public holidays
Force majeure events
Circumstances outside of our reasonable control
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
MIRKL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect a package may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims
MIRKL reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and provide order information, shipping records, tracking details, and delivery confirmations to payment processors, banks, and financial institutions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIRKL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product or service offered by MIRKL.

MIRKL reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
